How to: Move paragraphs in a presentation outline.
Solution:
In 'Outline' view, use the 'Outline' toolbar buttons to move a paragraph.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Outline'.
2) Click in the paragraph to be moved. (The blinking cursor appears in the paragraph.)
3) Do one of the following to move the paragraph:
a) To move the paragraph UP, click 'Move Up' toolbar button on the 'Outline' toolbar.

b) To move the paragraph DOWN, click 'Move Down' toolbar button on the 'Outline' toolbar.
Move Down
4) Repeat steps 2) and 3) for each paragraph to move.
